Description
The DS Podium Big Size Chronograph combines all the elements that make up the success of the product line - now supported by a Swiss Made ETA Precidrive quartz movement. The expressive, uncompromising design is matched by a movement whose precision of +/- 10 seconds/year fulfils the requirements of a chronometer, water resistance up to 20 bar (200 m), a screw-down crown, a screw-down case back and an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The DS Podium harmoniously complements various surface finishes, such as the 44 mm case made of satin-finished 316L stainless steel alongside the polished elements of the bezel, crown and pushers. Behind the sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides, a black dial stands out, featuring expressive elements such as the chronograph counters with a dark grey, azurised surface and a contrasting edge. Easy-to-read numerals and markings as well as faceted indices guarantee perfect readability of the time. The nickel-plated hour and minute hands are coated with Superluminova, as are the dots on the hour markers around the dial. The polished bezel with the tachymeter scale emphasises the sporty character, which is further underlined by the red and black colour accents on the pushers and the second hand. The date window is positioned at 6 o'clock.
